(Sept. 14, 2017) Ocean Pines Police said a 56-year-old white male was found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in the woods near the Worcester County Library, Ocean Pines Branch on Tuesday.
Police Chief David Massey said police received a call at around 3 p.m. Tuesday. He said Ocean Pines Police, as a rule, do not publicly release names under these circumstances, out of respect for the family of the deceased.
