About 200 participants marched from Stephen Decatur Park on Tripoli Street through Main Street in Berlin, chanting “Black Lives Matter,” “I can’t breathe,” and “No justice, no peace, no racist police,” on June 27. The downtown Berlin march drew an outpouring from the community with marchers from Berlin, Salisbury, Pocomoke, Ocean City and Ocean Pines.
