Most of the Ocean Pines Racquet Center office building has been reopened following an investigation into reports of potential mold and unsafe conditions on March 23.
Members of the Ocean Pines Association announced the immediate reopening of most of the Ocean Pines Racquet Center office building late Monday morning following conclusion of an investigation into potential mold and unsafe conditions reported on March 23.
The outdoor courts were closed for a short amount of time, from March 24 to 25, but the building was closed to the public until the recent reopening.
According to a news release, players have been asked to check-in on the left side of the building, following posted signs. Attendants have been moved to the lounge area, to streamline the process of checking players in and allow for better monitoring of the courts.
The warming hut will continue to be closed until the building can be evaluated. The release said the director of racquet sports will address the matter shortly.
