BERLIN – Doris Caroline Borowski, age 81, died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011 at Atlantic General Hospital. Born in Shamokin, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Elmer Roland Brown and Katherine Greager Brown. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Frank Borowski in 2004. She is survived by her daughters, Ramona Frances Brown of Manchester, and Karen Lee Mooney of Newnan, Ga.  

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Elizabeth Stephens in 1998. She was adored grandmother of; Jamie Albers, Trisha Sagers, Lisa Marie Mooney, and Johnathon Mooney. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Christopher Mears and William Mooney III.

Mrs. Borowski was a homemaker, and a receptionist for the Public Defender’s Office in Baltimore. She was a member of the United Evangelical Church, Boggs- Disharoon American Legion, and was active in the Berlin MAC Center.
