OCEAN CITY — H. Joseph Hellbach, Jr., age 68, died Wednesday, July 6, at Atlantic General Hospital. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Hermann J. Hellbach, Sr. and Rita M. Carney.  He is survived by his wife, Penny Hellbach.

Hellbach was a United States Army Veteran having served in Vietnam. He was Vice President of Baker, Watts and Co. in Baltimore. Hellbach was the co-owner of Littletown, U.S.A. in the Ocean City Mall and also worked at Picture It Art Outlet in the White Marlin Mall.

Along with his wife he is survived by a sister, Linda M. Nicholson of Venice, Fla. and two nephews, Chris Stankis of Hawaii and Matt Stankis of Delaware. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Coastal Hospice, PO Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.  Arrangements are being handled by the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin.
