OCEAN CITY–Have you ever
wanted to walk through one of the beautiful homes featured in a magazine? Now
is your chance to walk through the home of John and Pat Otto, an
8,300-square-foot South Point home that was featured in Coastal Style and
Metropolitan magazines.
Come see how the owners’
meticulous attention to detail and their spectacular outdoor living space makes
this house a home. The Otto’s home is one of four South Point homes that await
you on the ninth annual Sand Castle Home Tour, presented by the Art League of
OC.
The Sand Castle Home Tour
will be held Sept. 19-20. The self-guided home tour of 10 unique residences in
the Ocean City area is held from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The tour will
kick off with a cocktail party sponsored by the Gateway Grand at the home of
Jim and Jan Perdue on Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 6-8 p.m.
Reservations for the
cocktail party are $75 per person and may be purchased by calling the ALOC at
410-524-9433. The cost of the two-day home tour is $30 and tickets may be
purchased by calling the ALOC or online at www.artleagueofoceancity.org. The
cocktail party and the home tour are major fundraisers for the Art League and
continue to be popular events on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
