(July 30, 2015) The 38th annual Pine’eer Arts & Crafts Festival will take place on Saturday, Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at White Horse Park in Ocean Pines.
The festival, hosted by the Pine’eer Craft Club in partnership with the Ocean Pines Association, will feature more than 100 artisans and crafters selling handcrafted items. Parking and admission are free.
In celebration of the 47th anniversary of Ocean Pines, the event will also include a live concert by The Honeycombs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., children’s bounce house and bake sale.
Food vendors will be selling refreshments and several community groups and civic organizations will be represented.
The Ocean Pines Farmers Market will also be open for extended hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in conjunction with the festival. Farmers Market vendors will be selling seasonal fresh produce, meats, eggs, seafood, baked goods and other products. The Ocean Pines Farmers Market regularly operates every Saturday year-round from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at White Horse Park.
The Pine’eer Craft & Gift Shop in White Horse Park is also operated by the Pine’eer Craft Club. The shop features handcrafted items by club members and is open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Pine’eer Craft Club has also scheduled its Winter Wonderland Artisan and Craft Show for Saturday, Nov. 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ocean Pines Community Center. Vendor applications are available at OceanPines.org.
