Robert Walsh Watts

OCEAN CITY — Robert Walsh Watts, age 79, died Tuesday, Nov. 22 at his home. Born in Washington, D.C. he was the son of the late George Watts and Olga Sarton Watts. He is survived by his wife, Bernadette L. Watts.  

Watts was a United States Navy Veteran.  He had worked as a bus driver in Ocean City for many years and was known as the “Trolley Man” for 20 years. He was a member of the American Legion, Masons and a Lifetime member of the Ocean City VFW. He had a passion for living on the water. 

Watts was a beloved husband and father. Along with his wife he is survived by a son, Jay P. Watts and his wife Lori; four grandchildren, Christopher Watts, Jessica Howard, Kristen Mack and Jason Mack; and 6 great grandchildren. 

Services and Interment will be private and held at a later date.  Arrangements are being handled by the Burbage Funeral Home in Berlin.
