OCEAN CITY – Next week, the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) will temporarily close the eastbound lane of the MD 90 Bridge, work is scheduled 7 a.m-7 p.m on Tuesday, May 10.  Flagpersons will direct traffic to alternate flow in the westbound lane.  
The temporary lane closure will allow crews to repair approximately 50 light poles between the Isle of Wight and the bridge’s center span.  It will provide added safety for motorists traveling to Ocean City and Ocean Pines.   
The $15,000 work is being performed by Rommel Engineering. In the event of inclement weather, work will take place Wednesday, May 11.
