BERLIN — William “Billy” Harris Struven, age 49, died Saturday, June 25, 2011 at his home in Berlin.  Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Charles M. Struven and Virginia Lewis.  

Struven was a United States Navy Veteran. He worked as a contractor for an Extermination Company. 

Along with his parents, he is survived by his wife, Colleen Struven; a sister, Cynthia Mosuly and her husband James; one nephew, Eric Mosuly. 

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, June 30 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Berlin. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Whimsical Equine Rescue, 15022 Joseph Rd., Seaford, DE 19973.
